Ms. Duiella is an attorney licensed to practice law in Italy and in the State of New York. Sabrina’s areas of practice include US Immigration, Dual citizenship cases, with a specific focus on the acquisition of Italian citizenship via court proceedings in Italy, and general corporate and cross-border transactions. She also provides legal assistance on contracts, trademarks, and several areas of U.S. and Italian law.

Ms. Duiella counsels Italian and other European companies in establishing and developing their presence in the United States. Furthermore, she assists U.S. companies in establishing and developing their presence in Italy.

Sabrina has strong expertise in commercial law, as well as in Italian litigation. She also helps entrepreneurs and individuals in finding, leasing, and buying commercial and residential buildings in Italy, and in purchasing existing businesses.

Ms. Duiella graduated from University of Rome, Italy, in 2012. After winning the 1st Prize offered to new graduates by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she worked for 8 years, in the Rome, Milan, Paris, and Moscow offices. During her time at Freshfields, Sabrina advised businesses on commercial, corporate, compliance, IP, banking, financial, and contract law, negotiated settlement agreements, managed cross-border lawsuits and arbitration proceedings.

In 2021, Ms. Duiella was offered a merit-based scholarship from the New York University – School of Law, to pursue a Master of Laws in New York City. Ms. Duiella received her law degree from the New York University in New York City in 2022.
